The Basque Burnt Fior was heavenly! We loved its taste, not too sweet, there is a balance between the sweet and salty tastes! It is not at all cloying! And the texture? So smooth! Definitely a must-try ❤

Sorry I didn’t take a photo but the Basque Burnt fior went really fast. Worth the calories. So creamy. Yummy. Can’t wait to try the other flavours.
Taste like real basque burnt cheesecake without the umay
Another worth it splurge aside from Messy Chocolate. The vanilla is sweet and creamy, and the addition of blending burnt basque cheesecake adds a nice caramelized, slightly tart taste to the vanilla. The cheesecake inclusions were soft and offered little bursts of creaminess. A must try flavor!
For me this is the best one among all others that I've tasted. I mean all flavors are really good, but this one is my favorite now!
This was out of stock when I first checked the page of their Cubao hub, but it was available the next day with a temp label, so I got to try it. I love burnt Basque cheesecake and loved Crem's version in gelato form. A generous helping of cheesecake bits in the gelato, with just a slight hint of sweetness like in the best cheesecakes out there.

This is fantastic stuff. It's really hard to stop eating it. Excellent, excellent texture: the gelato base is creamy beyond belief but not so rich as to be cloying like other premium artisanal ice creams. The bits of torched cheesecake adds a nice chewy counterpoint to the smooth gelato. Not too sweet, and the Basque burnt cheesecake flavor really does shine through. Would it be possible to add a little more burnt smokiness? Because more Maillard reaction means more flavor
