I absolutely loved this before and thought it could easily be served at a 3-star restaurant, so I ordered it for a dinner I was invited to. While the base was still wonderfully creamy, it tasted more like sweet corn than nori. A bit too sweet and not as refined as I remembered.

This was part of my very first order, and I've since had it again whenever I crave a gastronomic gelato adventure that's tough to find elsewhere. I like the Nori flavor, but the base ice-cream was too "milky" for my taste.

This is the weirdest, most addictive flavor ever. Like something you’d get at a Michelin starred resto dabbling in molecular gastronomy. Dairy and seaweed? That combo shouldn’t work, right? EXCEPT IT DOES. What an umami bomb: hints of aged parmesan, but with a whiff of ocean.
