Best pistachio gelato I’ve tried. This one has an intense and real flavor with the right hint of saltiness. It would be a dream if they made a version with real pistachio bits!
I ordered the regular pistachio praline once before and didn't order it again because I found it too sweet. I actually wanted to try the non-dolce one but it wasn't available. So the next time the non-dolce was in stock, I had to try it, and found it infinitely better. More pistachio, less praline. Dense, deeply nutty, creamy, decadent. It's their priciest pint so far but I think quite worth it as having it feels like you're at a piazza somewhere in Firenze, Venezia, or Roma, because this gelato tastes just like the best ones there.
