Yes. We manage every delivery ourselves, pack into an insulated box, and blast-freeze when a trip calls for it — and our verified reviews are full of customers who received it perfectly frozen. Move it to the freezer on arrival and it’s exactly as we made it.
How fast is it, and what’s the cut-off?
Standard same-day: order by 3PM and it arrives between 5 and 7PM. Want it sooner — or ordering after 3PM? Instant delivery is dispatched straight away and typically arrives within about two hours, while Priority moves your order ahead of the day's queue — both available for orders placed up to 6PM. Standard orders placed after 3PM, and any order after 6PM, go out the next day.
How much is delivery, and is there a minimum?
Delivery begins at two tubs. Rates are computed by distance from our Quezon City kitchen, starting at ₱79. On any four-tub order, same-day delivery and the gift box are on us. What’s the difference between Instant and Priority?
Instant is for speed: your order is dispatched straight away and typically arrives within about two hours — choose it whenever you simply want it now. Priority is for precision: your order skips ahead of the day's standard queue, so it lands earlier — a favorite for parties, office moments, and gifts on a schedule. Both are paid options, available for orders placed up to 6PM.
Can I have a single tub delivered?
A single tub is pickup-only. On its own it’s simply too exposed to the heat to travel at its best — so delivery begins at two tubs, and we’d rather you enjoy it perfect. You’re warmly welcome to pick one up at our kitchen: 75 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, open 11AM to 6PM daily.

It’s a gift — what if they’re not home?
