This is my go-to crem gelato flavor. When I first tried this a few years ago, I couldn't believe how well it captured the decadence of a burnt basque cheesecake but still have gelato mouth-feel that I want. I got hooked and started ordering weekly—back when crem was still at its old home. It's the perfect companion to a glass of wine and a Friday-night movie.
It was my first time to order and have a taste. ordered te pistachio praline non dolce and vanilla. both were great tasting. not too sweet and everything in moderation. Thank you very much.

For me, this flavor is smooth and creamy in a very naturally nostalgic taste. Like I was having pistachio nuts fresh from its shells yet in a soft creamy cold form with generous bits of the nuts itself.
Pistachio is the best flavor from what I tried, but the rest are equally good! The sweetness is just right and the consistency is the same from all the gelato I've tasted in Italy. Here's the plot twist! I was surprised to discover that it's better from the famous Gelato franchise in Manila (V*****) and doesn't break the bank. It's the perfect portion and they have excellent service too!

One-and-a-half hours isn’t really that long for impatience to set in. Well, it depends… so set yourself up with distractions for the time being as you banish thoughts of creaminess and flavorful pints dancing around your head a-la Tex Avery cartoons. 🤷♂️

Not going to lie: Turkey’s Mado Ice Cream, from goats pastured in floral hills are my absolute best go-to taste of gelato heaven-on-earth. Yet I have to admit that Crem’s vanilla gelato is as close as any other gelato can ever be: which deserves to be savored gently rolled around discerning taste sensors. I gave a couple of Lactel products to a ultra-picky friend. He ended up ordering an ongoing supply of the genuine creamy milk.
If you are looking for authentic Italian Gelato this is the place. You can taste the premium ingredients used in the preparation. Real pistachio nuts and not so sweet as the usual supermarket ice creams. Great quality.
