Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 30 minutes (excluding non-operating days or hours) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer calculated local delivery rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Special packing offers are available, too.

Free deliveries may be offered as a promo. Refer to our social media accounts for announcements.

Deliveries are made from operating hours on operating days stated in our Google Maps listing. We will contact you via text message / email with the phone number / email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the hour of our arrival. 

We will deliver ASAP unless a schedule / request is stated as a note to the order. Please expect a delivery within 2 hours from time of order confirmation.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at all our CREM Gelato Hubs. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the operating hours. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours can be checked through Google Maps. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of Metro Manila, or 15km from our hubs.

Your order may be subject to gate pass / area passage charges, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination area. CREM Gelato is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 60 minutes for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cremgelato.com or SMS/call us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
