This was a gift to my sister and her family. They had it last night and LOVED it. They said the gelato sa super smooth and "kapeng kape".

      Bad interface, bad results

Though the initial questions say enter my name OR gift recipient name, the next page says gift recipient name AGAIN? So I have to fill in everything all over again? In the end, Item arrived without my name, just recipient name. So recipient had to mass message asking who sent item.

Hello Wilbert, thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you had a less than desirable experience with our online store interface.

Allow me to offer a bit of perspective: our online store was designed to make sure that you would never be asked for the same information twice. So when you encountered 'Delivery address (or gift recipient)' and 'Is this order a gift?', they were there to make sure that you had the right details for where you wanted the delivery to go, and if the order was to be sent as a gift.

If you clicked 'No, this is for me.', then we won't be able to get your information as the gift sender since the text fields won't appear for text input.

On the other hand, if you clicked 'Yes. Use these details to get notified when this order is fulfilled.', then we understand that it is important to have the correct information so that we can help you more.

We think nothing could be simpler than asking a binary question and use that to inform us of the status. By receiving the right information, we could have asked for a gift note via SMS (we print for free, leave an order note) so the recipient would know who it was from.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and we hope this helps you understand our interface better. Happy new year!

      Thanks again,
      Mark
