This is my favorite from the 4 items i ordered. It is sour, refreshing, sweet but not overly sweet, and light. Just very well made sorbet. Will definitely order this again.
I’m a converted fan. I usually don’t like berry-flavored ice cream cos I like them better in yogurt form, but this one made me expand my options. I reach for this when I get taste numbness from the sweet/regular ice cream flavors.
I love how every bite brings a combination of a unique texture and a familiar flavor. It’s not just a straight up peanut butter made cold. Definitely for the sweet-salty fans.

Very well packed, opened the Honeycomb Pecorino right away and finished it in one sitting! Creamy vanilla ice cream and generous pecorino and honeycomb, definitely my fave now. The caramel flavor is also good, deep caramel flavor, I just wish there was a swirl of caramel syrup or bits :) CREM gelato is a must try, can’t wait to try the other flavors.

I still remember the first time I tried this when Crèm had a pop up kiosk in Podium. This one truly stood out. I used to get taste numbness with flavors like this but Crèm’s Basque Burnt Fior said NUH UH NOT WITH ME. lol
Gosh, a love at first bite with this flavor. Refined texture with cheese bits brings everything to a balance. Can definitely taste the specialty cheese used; it’s unlike anything I’ve tried locally. This’d be the safest and first-purchase recommendation.
These gelatos are so good. This is my second order of 6 different flavors. Blueberry is my favorite.

No, “sublime” is not the right word, because the flavor profile is so clear and in my face, albeit in a very good way. I like the Basque way of toasting stuff to bring out hidden flavors, and Basque Burnt Fior is a good example of this cooking technique. Kudos!
Tried Dark Matter Arabica this time, another flavor that did not disappoint! I was surprised by its flavor, that balance of bitter and sweet flavor did not disappoint. While there are a lot of coffee flavored gelato/ice cream, this Crèm item exceeds expectations. After several orders, their flavors gets me ordering each time. I experienced a whole raft of various feelings after just one teaspoon of the Honeycomb Pecorino, all of them transporting me to a multiverse of gastronomical delights. Is it the cloying sweetness of the honey or is it the hint of salt in the pecorino? To me, the mystery lends itself to the wonderful melange of tastes in a single teaspoonful. This flavor isn’t meant to be devoured but savored slowly with every scoop.
