Dark Matter Arabica is our coffee gelato, made on a roaster's espresso blend with cherry and dark-chocolate notes, so it tastes like coffee rather than coffee flavouring. Crèm Vanilla is the other half: whole milk from Europe, fresh cream from France, dense and clean. Together they're an affogato waiting for a shot.

Perfect texture along with the dark chocolate cubes were a divine touch. Totally my favorite dark chocolate gelato. The arabica was sweet but I think it needs more of a slight bitterness of coffee.
