Dark Matter Arabica starts the tour: our coffee gelato, made on Dark Matter Theory, a roaster's espresso blend of Costa Rica and Guatemala beans with cherry, salted-caramel and dark-chocolate notes. Honeycomb Pecorino heads to Italy, aged Pecorino against raw honeycomb, salty and floral at once. Nori White goes to Japan, toasted nori folded into a white base, savoury and clean. Pistacchio Praline Non Dolce lands in Sicily, where the pistacchio comes from.

It arrives boxed and frozen. Choose a ribbon colour; your words are printed on a gift note inside. Four tubs, delivery on us across Metro Manila — order by 3PM for today.
